The instructors at FCBJJ are all Black Belts under the legendary Renzo Gracie. Aside from learning directly from Renzo Gracie, they had the distinct pleasure of training and learning from some of Renzo’s top students such as Shawn Williams, Jamal Paterson, John Danaher, Rodrigo Gracie, Rolles, and Igor Gracie.

The mission of the Fajardo-Conroy BJJ Academy is to spread Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in hopes that others can enjoy its benefits of physical fitness, camaraderie, and self defense all within a family atmosphere.  These are just some of the attributes the instructors strive to replicate from their own experiences training in the Renzo Gracie NYC and Codella Academys. Our instruction is not watered down!  Therefore, our students have an opportunity to learn the most effective martial art exactly how it was taught to us.

FCBJJ is located in the Secaucus Recreation Center, a state of the art facility with indoor olympic size pool, basketball court, gym, and locker rooms with showers. In addition, the recreation center has a full service cafe located on the second floor open to our students so they can relax and refuel after a hard training session.
